Auctions
Auctions are typically held live on the first floor of our 6,000 square foot auction barn. Parking for up to 70 vehicles is available onsite in our main lot and side lawn parking area (seasonal). Truck and trailer parking is also available.
Onsite auctions are conducted for specialty sales and estates when appropriate.
NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we will follow state and federal universal guidelines for all auction events until further notice.
Appraisals
Complete appraisal services are available for estates (probate), insurance, and other purposes.
Our appraisal rate is $85 per hour door-to-door, with an additional $65 per hour fee for administative and document preparation. Standard appraisals include up to two report copies, listing personal property and fair market values. At the customer’s request, we will also mail and/or email an additional copy to an attorney or other provider.

Consignments
Consignments are accepted from individuals, collectors, businesses, and others interested in selling one item or the contents of a home or business.
Items accepted for auction are hand-selected by the auctioneer, based on current market trends and buyer interest.
