Live Auctions Temporarily on Hold - Again!
New COVID-19 Related Procedures for ARAC Auction Events
Please wear a mask, especially when entering/moving around the auction barn and not seated. Practice social distancing by keeping 6’ between you and others at all times. Hand sanitizer will be available outside and inside around the barn for your convenience, and we encourage you to use it often. A plexi screen is now in place at our cashier’s desk for your protection and hers.
Limited seating will be available inside, to allow everyone additional personal space. A 10’X20’ tent will be set up outside for additional seating. We are also hoping to have outdoor speakers installed, to ensure outside bidders can hear the auction clearly, and additional runners to monitor outdoor bidding.
Refreshments will not be served. Please bring your own coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. We’ll do our best to get you out in time for a nice lunch at one of our local eateries.
Absentee bidding is encouraged! Visit during preview or by appointment anytime to see the items to be auctioned and place your bids. We will bid on your behalf up to your high bid(s) on auction day and contact you after the sale with the results. If not visiting in person, feel free to call or email us with your bids and full contact information.
Please DO NOT come to preview or auction events if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, chills, fatigue, or have experienced a change in your sense of taste or smell. Our auction staff has been asked to also stay home if they’re not feeling well.
And finally, please be patient with us. We are doing our best to ensure your return to the auction barn is successful, happy, and healthy for everyone.
